The integration makes Bing impressions, clicks, CTR, pages and queries available in Semly. Assign the connection to the selected brand.
Before you start
Sign in to Bing Webmaster Tools in the same browser and profile you use for Semly. During authorization, use the same account that has access to the brand's website.
Check that the website is added, verified and visible in that account. Connecting Google Search Console does not automatically connect Bing to Semly.
Select the correct brand in Semly.
Connect step by step
Open Integrations in Semly.
Find the Bing Webmaster Tools card and select Connect.
In Bing's authorization window, check the account under You're signed in as. If it is different, sign in with the account that has access to the correct website.
Review the requested access. View your Bing Webmaster Tool data permits reading Bing data.
Select Allow and complete the connection in Semly.
Check that the connection concerns the selected brand's website. Open Analytics and select Bing.
What the permission means
Sign-in and authorization happen in Bing. You do not paste your account password or a manually generated key into the Semly integration card. The permission shown concerns reading Bing data, not publishing website articles. Publishing requires a separate content integration and appropriate permissions.
If the connection or data is unavailable
Check the authorized account, website permissions and selected brand.
Check whether data exists directly in Bing Webmaster Tools for the reporting period. A new website or few impressions may not have results yet.
Reconnect after permission changes or revoked authorization. You can also manage access in your Bing Webmaster Tools account settings.
Analysis, comparisons and MCP
Use the connected data in Analytics and with AI Agent Leon. Connecting Google Search Console to the same brand enables comparisons of both search engines' pages and queries. Data is also available through Semly MCP, subject to permissions and available tools.
