After connecting Bing Webmaster Tools, open Analytics and select Bing. Set the period and check the active brand. This view shows Bing performance separately from Semly monitoring data.
Bing impressions show appearances of website results in the search engine.
Bing clicks show clicks leading to the website. They are different from sessions and conversions.
CTR is the proportion of clicks to impressions, expressed as a percentage.
Card changes refer to the previous period where comparison is available. Bing's summary does not show a site-wide average position. Positions are available for pages and queries where Bing supplies them.
Separate cards show brand visibility in monitored AI answers, AI citations and average position in AI answers. Semly supplies these metrics, not Bing Webmaster Tools. An AI citation or mention is not a click or visit.
The chart compares Bing impressions, Bing clicks and brand mentions in AI answers. Switch between Day, Week and Month to read trends. Chart aggregation does not change source coverage. Channels rising together does not prove that one caused the other.
This block analyzes website URLs. Page position analysis charts URL positions, while Page performance helps assess page results. Use search, sorting, filters and pagination to find pages to update.
The table matches URLs cited in AI answers with those same URLs' Bing results. The Semly side shows AI appearances; Bing shows clicks, impressions, CTR and position.
Find pages often cited by AI but weak in Bing, or successful in Bing but rarely cited. A dash representing missing data does not mean zero. Not every cited page has available Bing results.
The table shows terms for which the website appears in Bing, with clicks, impressions, CTR and position. Search, sorting and filters help identify topics for new content or updates. With high impressions and low CTR, review user intent, the title and page content.
Connect both services to the same brand and select Comparison. Compare Google and Bing pages and queries, and review their trends alongside monitored AI mentions. Source coverage and aggregation may differ.
Leon uses available data to analyze brand visibility, prioritize recommendations and prepare content. The same data is available through Semly MCP, subject to permissions and tools.
Analyze a decline in Bing clicks and identify pages and queries to investigate. Separate results from hypotheses.
Compare AI-cited URLs with Bing results and recommend update priorities.
Compare Google and Bing for the same pages and terms, accounting for report coverage.
Use Bing queries to prepare an article draft. After my approval, publish it to the connected WordPress site or knowledge base if the tools and permissions allow.
Connecting Bing Webmaster Tools alone does not grant CMS publishing permissions.
Data is not available in real time. Bing's top page and query statistics update weekly. Check the period, report dates and data availability before comparing results or interpreting a missing value as a decline.
